Alexis has worked at Perelman Quadrangle for over eleven years! Her career path was as Administrative Assistant, Event Coordinator, and now Assistant Manager of Event Services, planning events for internal departments and student organizations. She received her degree in Communication at Kutztown University. As a detail-oriented, organized professional, Alexis works hard to ensure her clients have manageable, stress-free events!

Laura’s career at Penn began in 2007 after completing her bachelor’s in communication studies from West Chester University. As an intern with Penn Athletics’ Ticketing and Marketing Department, she was able to work on various sports teams’ events, as well as the Penn Relays. After seven years with PQ, Laura most enjoys the diversity of her position, comradery with her co-workers, and helping clients achieve their event goals.

Antaya held a dual role as both receptionist and event coordinator at the Perelman Quadrangle Administrative Offices for two years. She began her career at Perelman Quadrangle at the information desk in 2018. As of fall, 2019, Antaya is now a full-time event coordinator for PQ. She loves bringing any and all events to life and working one-on-one with her clients to give them exactly what they envision!

Ben  is one of the six Assistant Building Managers who help oversee facilities and day-of-operations for buildings within the Perelman Quadrangle. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Theatre Arts with an emphasis on Stage and Theatre Management. He Primarily focuses on overseeing Front of House for Irvine events as well as Student Programming in Houston Hall.

Natalie Armentrout was born and raised in Hong Kong, moving to the US to attend Bryn Mawr College where she earned a bachelor’s degree in German Language & Literature. As a daughter of a chef, her engagement with the food and beverage industry is lifelong, and she brings ten years of varied experience in residential, retail, and catering operations. She joined Bon Appetit in 2016 and has previously been an integral team member to the catering operations at Cabrini College, Bryn Mawr College, and Brulee Catering in Philadelphia. Natalie is deeply committed to sharing her passion for all things culinary as well as ensuring that guests enjoy a memorable Bon Appetit experience!

Chef Marvin has been on Penn’s campus since 1999 working as a retail chef. He has since moved to the Catering Department, where he has excelled due to his advanced culinary skills and attention to detail. In 2013, Chef Marvin was promoted to the Executive Catering Chef of the Department, focusing on the high quality production of every event.

Dawn has over fifteen years of experience in the audio visual industry. She has worked in various capacities to include production, creative, financial and administrative. As Director of Client Services for Perelman Quad Audio Visual, she is the first point of contact for clients and works closely with production, technical, facilities personnel and outside vendors to facilitate the provision of audio visual services.

Michael has over thirteen years of experience in the audio/visual industry.  Before coming to Penn, Michael was a Lead Technician for PSAV, and he additionally received his bachelor’s degree in Digital Media Production from The Art Institute of Philadelphia. He is now the Audio/Visual Production and Equipment Manager for the Rental Staging Division of Perelman Quad’s Audio Visual Team.

Laurie serves as the principal advisor for all VPUL facilities issues concerning the operations, maintenance and renovations of the University’s Central Pool Classrooms, the Division of University Life Facilities, and Perelman Quadrangle. She has nearly twenty years of experience in higher education and previously worked at Princeton in a variety of areas, including programs, operations, venue services, and administrative planning.

She previously worked as a consultant in public accounting and holds an economics degree from Rutgers University.
