Natalie Armentrout was born and raised in Hong Kong, moving to the US to attend Bryn Mawr College where she earned a bachelor’s degree in German Language & Literature. As a daughter of a chef, her engagement with the food and beverage industry is lifelong, and she brings ten years of varied experience in residential, retail, and catering operations. She joined Bon Appetit in 2016 and has previously been an integral team member to the catering operations at Cabrini College, Bryn Mawr College, and Brulee Catering in Philadelphia. Natalie is deeply committed to sharing her passion for all things culinary as well as ensuring that guests enjoy a memorable Bon Appetit experience!
